    Return Label: Provided for approved returns; you can download and print it

    Return Shipping Cost:

    • Damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect item → Detora Home pays
    • Change of mind or customer ordering mistake → Customer pays

    Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
