At Detora Home, we keep our payment process simple and transparent. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only for orders placed through our website.

Cash on Delivery Only

Customers do not need to make an online payment when placing an order.

Payment is collected when the package is delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Payment at Delivery

The full order amount is due when the package is delivered.

Please ensure that:

  • Someone is available to receive the package

  • You are prepared to complete payment at delivery

Failed or Refused COD Delivery

If a customer refuses an order without a valid reason or repeatedly fails to receive a COD shipment, the package may be returned to us.

Future orders may be reviewed or restricted if there is repeated refusal, invalid delivery information, or suspected misuse of the Cash on Delivery service.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders

Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds cannot automatically be returned to a credit or debit card.

If a refund is approved, our customer support team will contact you to arrange the appropriate refund method.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

The amount shown for your order is the amount due at delivery, subject to any valid discount or adjustment applied before the order is finalized.

Shipping Charges

Detora Home offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

There is no minimum order amount required for free shipping.

Since our current checkout uses Cash on Delivery only, customers are not required to enter credit card or debit card details on our website to complete a purchase.
